know yourself

There is a path that your part can partake in.

In this rain
When vision seems fuzzy
Splashes of water on my head
Soaked and drenched on this mid-road

To onlookers, I am insane
What need I do?
When I am waiting for us all

Up the road I gazed
Nothing seems forth-coming
All that come from there
Only strip me of wares

Turning back, I peered
Only mockery I get

I know I wait in vain
Just another man I see
My hope brightens
But all in vain I stand

Against hope
I keep hoping
I have been wet in this rain
So I need not fear cold
I have been stripped already
I need not fear nakedness

Waiting in this rain
Will I be not tired?
Even though no hope I see
I will keep hoping
In this rain.

Keep doing it,
Someday someone will see it.

It might not have been that good,
But your commitment will cover a rood.

I’ll keep doing good everyday,
Cos I saw the result yesterday.

“The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life without a purpose.”
